Taking care of your hands is important for both health and appearance. We often spend more time taking care of other parts of our body and neglect our hands. Here are some tips to keep your hands healthy and well-maintained throughout the year.

Use warm (not hot) water and a moisturizing soap to wash your hands. Avoid using hot water as it can strip your skin of natural oils. While it’s important to wash your hands regularly, overwashing can strip your hands of natural oils.
